Admin Assistant

Description

  • In charge of PMO activities for UK Division, integrating with Office Admin team for UK activity organization
  • Planning budgets for team building activities, company activities, etc.
  • Managing the project administration, producing minutes; preparing reports at PMO level & presentations; providing management information accordingly
  • Communicating to Project Managers/Division Heads to make sure administrative processes are followed by staffs like timesheet, preparation for client visit, parking tickets, insurance cards, hygienic environment etc.
  • Coordinate to improve administrative processes like data consolidating between Onshore and Offshore, data storage on SharePoint and Company Server, welcoming Client process

 

Qualifications

  • University graduate Good appearance is a plus
  • Pro-active, creative, independent and good teamwork
  • Well-organized and result-oriented
  • Microsoft office skill; must be advance in Excel
  • Good English communication
  • Careful and detail-oriented
  • Problem solving skills, time management skill
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
