The Head of Presales Support is a key role related to the business expansion of NashTech. The candidate should be a hands-on technology leader with a proven history of working within IT outsourcing businesses and entrepreneurial setups. The role requires a strong background in Presales and Bid Management and a good understanding of Application architecture and software development. The person should have a proven experience in building client relationship and senior stakeholder management. The candidate must have the ability to engage in opening discussions with stakeholders (either NT onsite team or customers), rapidly identifying their requirements and issues and both outlining and effectively communicating solutions appropriate to resolving their issues. The role requires continuously improving the Bid and Presales processes, bringing in efficiencies and ensuring agility in responding to opportunities. The role will include quickly mobilising a Bid Team consisting of Technical Architects, Business Analysts and Project Managers (acting as Bid Managers). In addition, this role will be responsible for managing and developing the offshore Bid and Presales team and encouraging the team to be on a continuous learning path.
- Manage presales support team in Vietnam to provide presale support for NashTech global.
- Manage full bid cycle from lead to close for owned opportunities.
- Own the quality of overall deliverables throughout end-to-end sales process
- Work closely with Architects and Analysts in order to design solutions to customer needs – identifying any requirements for adaptations.
- Facilitate workshops that assist in shaping solutions during the sales cycle.
- Build strong value propositions for NashTech that highlight our key strengths.
- Work with the delivery organisation to deliver commercial models for proposals
- Work with the Business Analysts, Developers and Stakeholders and act as a conduit to identifying the best-in-class solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of proposals.
- Lead requirements capture & solution shaping, help with prototyping and proof of concept development as required.
- Challenge the delivery team to define & deliver new solutions that enhance the NashTech Solutions portfolios.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies.

- Act as the overall lead for assigned presales opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support to project managers and make the handover process smooth.
- Take ownership and responsibility for customers’ risks and issues, when required
