IT Manager


The IT Manager is responsible for the IT Department, including system & network management, helpdesk and hardware supply for the whole company Gather business and system requirements from client

  • To plan IT works & activities further to the company requirements
  • To arrange & assign IT tasks in accordance with the work requirements of IT department
  • To manage and oversee the whole activities of IT Department
  • To make monthly report to the management on IT Department activities
  • To make periodically data backup
  • Be responsible for all software & hardware supply, installation, maintenance and management.
  • To take care of anti-virus, speed optimize and hard disk defragment for all computers of the company
  • To manage all the hardware in the company – listing all kinds of hardware, purchasing and installing the hardware…
  • To manage Windows, SQL & Domino Servers – checking the Event Log and making fine tuning, replicating data to other servers, compacting databases, controlling Domino Directory…
  • To trouble-shoot hardware and software
  • Encouraged to develop some small software for internal usage
  • To self-train on new technologies
  • To implement strictly all the company’s processes and systems complied with ISO9001, ISO27001 & CMMI standard
  • To perform other tasks assigned by the management
  • To support presale for the IT managed services and to manage it when we got IT managed services project.


  • University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Informatics Technology, etc.
  • Microsoft or IBM certificates on IT (MCSE, etc)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in IT field, including Network operating system, NT Server, Mail system, etc.
  • Windows 2008 Active Directory Network/MS Exchange Administration and later versions
  • Database Administration (Notes, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • IIS & ISA Administration
  • Planning & Executing Backup Plans (file server, Exchange, database)
  • Networking Hardware Installation & Maintenance
  • Good ability to self-train on new technologies
  • Good communication in English
  • Ability to independently plan & arrange IT tasks
