Description

The purpose of this job is to provide staff and management with objective insight into processes and associated work products.

  • Support user with good IT working environment
  • Maintain and operating internal tools

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assessment/Inventory
  • Helpdesk System response as SLA
  • Software and License Monitor and Reporting
  • Support for Guest/Customer
  • Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Plan and give the solution to improve Hardware Issue
  • To improve the Helpdesk Processing
  • To update the HelpDesk Document
  • Optimizing resource utilization
  • Providing Test Environment
  • Create/maintain/optimize the Test Resource
  • Daily Monitor and Check status of Running services of Server
  • Reporting to ITM
  • Control SVN
  • Control Bugzilla/ grant permission
  • Control/ maintenance Sun Solaris system, admin Clearcase
  • Control camera system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong knowledge of client working environment (windows, office, AD …)
  • Understand basic network concept
  • Working bases on processes and SLA
  • Good communication skills, and must be able to work well with different groups.
  • Time Management
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new technology
  • Responsible for the tasks, never give up
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
