IT System Team Lead


The IT System Lead will act in both management (25%) and technical (75%) lead of NashTech IT system team, providing IT system services across environments, platforms, technologies and processes.

  • Manage and lead IT system team to ensure all IT infrastructure systems and business systems working at optimal level;
  • Develop and oversee IT System operation procedures (IT-SOPs) as well as technical documents;
  • Co-operate with other IT team (Network, Support, Internal Development) in planning, deploy, operate and improve of IT systems across environments (Development, Testing, Production);
  • Act as Technical Lead to IT-system related tasks;
  • Interact with customers (internal/external) and stakeholders provide recommendations and inputs when needed;
  • Work with other IT Team Leads and Head of IT to define and planning IT future states and road maps;
  • Other works that assigned by Head of IT.


  • At least 6 years in IT, included at least 4 years in IT System Lead or equivalent position;
  • Strong and experience hand-on knowledge on Technical, with overall IT knowledge (ie. Workstation, Application, Network, Virtualization, Storage);
  • Hand-on experience working with Microsoft Infrastructure (AD, ADFS, DFS, Exchange, SCCM, SharePoint) and VMWare Virtualization is a must;
  • Experience working with Office365 Hybrid Infrastructure is preferable;
  • Management skills for planning, workload prioritize and managing to ensure IT System service agreement levels and KPIs are met;
  • Knowledge of multiple technologies (Windows, Linux, Cloud - both Azure/Office365 and AWS) an experience in Hardware (IBM Server, NetApp/IBM SAN) is preferable;
  • Manage and Lead technical on planning, establishing, configuration and maintaining of IT Infrastructure and Business systems together with other IT Team Leads and stakeholders;
  • Experience working with ITIL processes is a plus;
  • Bachelor Degree in IT;
  • Good English communications.
