CMMI 2.0 High Maturity Level 5 will improve performance and align operations to NashTech’s goals.

NashTech gained CMMI 1.3 Level 5 in 2016 as a part of our drive to break through, leverage and adapt to the ever-changing Information Technology industry. We have been streamlining our global projects, minimizing room for error and increasing overall efficiency. This in turn has dramatically improved our performance.

There are a lot of benefits that come along with CMMI, and I believe that CMMI brings to us the great chance to improve ourselves and become the number one of IT outsourcing providers which we’ve been aiming for since the beginning.

Why CMMI?

Here is some information from CMMI Institute.

Originally created for the U.S. Department of Defence to assess the quality and capability of their software contractors, CMMI models have expanded beyond software engineering to help any organization in any industry build, improve, and measure their capabilities and improve performance.

Designed to optimize business performance the CMMI model is process by which businesses can measure their different capabilities against best practices and pinpoint which ones are driving higher performance.

CMMI 2.0 addresses the biggest challenges common to any organization, including:

  • Engineering and Developing Products
  • Improving Performance
  • Delivering and Managing Services
  • Sustaining Habit and Persistence
  • Managing Business Resilience
  • Planning and Managing Work
  • Selecting and Managing Suppliers
  • Ensuring Quality
  • Managing the Workforce
  • Supporting Implementation

CMMI 2.0 High Maturity Level 5 is a valuable certificate for any technology companies. The model evaluates the maturity of an organization’s processes, so it can provide a related guidance on how the improvements of those processes will bring better products.

With CMMI 2.0 High Maturity Level 5, NashTech can drive better business performance through building and benchmarking key capabilities. This helps us to support our clients and their goals even more effectively than we do by following version 1.3.

We are exhilarated to be resourceful and innovative in everything we do. We endeavour to stay ahead by anticipating rather than reacting, but our actions are always carefully considered.
