The Role: Program Manager needed for NashTech USA, Inc. located in Palatine, IL. Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure the business success of every project. Define success criteria, metrics based on the goals and manage risks on a regular basis and plan mitigation strategies ahead of time. Provide expertise of business process relevant for Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail and supply chain companies, to help create the right product features and prioritize work. Maintain strict control of the budget and ensure visibility to partners and customers. Advise customers in planning the product features by detailed analysis of work breakdown as per agile development processes. Will provide services to clients located throughout the U.S.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems and 5 years of experience performing the duties listed above. Must be willing to travel and relocate within the U.S.
