At NashTech, we strongly believe in helping our engineers become excellent software craftsmen/women through we defined learning programs. Our 'Internship Program' is one of the learning programs that aim to transform fresh graduates into dexterous engineers. Under the umbrella of this program, the Interns go through a learning journey of six months, and after successful completion of their internship program, they are awarded the 'NashTech Graduate Engineer Certificate. Their learning journey is bifurcated into two parts:
- NashTech Induction Program (NIP), and
- NashTech Ultimate Program (NUP)
- Successfully qualifying the Technical Test through Coder Byte
- Technical Interview with technology/ competency head
- Culture & Development (People & Culture) Interview
- Successfully qualify and complete the NashTech Induction Program
Roadmap
A journey to becoming a software craftsman
Stage 1 - Induction Program (2-3 Days)
- Get acquainted with the company's culture, and orientation to workflow, and acquire valuable insights on business mission and values.
Stage 2 - Campus to corporate (3 weeks)
- Accommodating to the corporate culture
- Gaining the foundational technical knowledge and skills.
- Building the soft skills required to be successful at work
Stage 3 - Building the Technical Competency (5 months)
- Enabling you to gain an in-depth understanding and application of distinct technologies (Java, Scala, Rust, AI/ML, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.)
- An exposure to working in projects {Internal as well as external}
Final Stage - Licence To Operate {Evaluation of NashTech Ultimate Program}
- Evaluation is based on project performance and behavioural scores
- After successfully qualifying the evaluation criteria, interns are absorbed in the organization as 'Confirmed Employee' and are awarded 'NashTech Graduate Engineer' certificate.

The program aims to facilitate a seamless transition into the professional world, fostering growth and contributing to organizational success.
At the end of the internship, based on performance in various assessments, the interns are absorbed into the organization.
