In a celebration of dedication and excellence spanning 23 years, NashTech honored its loyal and talented collaborators at the Happy Loyalty Ceremony. Over the course of 5, 10, and 15 years, these Nashers have contributed steadfast handshakes, synchronized steps, and passionate commitments, infusing the company with remarkable energy.

The Service Award, a prestigious recognition highlighting long-serving employees at NashTech, has been a longstanding tradition and annual activity for many years. In events held on April 12 in Ho Chi Minh City and April 24 in Hanoi, the ceremony once again took place to acclaim and acknowledge Nashers who have been integral to NashTech for 5, 10, and 15 years in the first quarter of 2023.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Managing Director of NashTech Vietnam, “NashTech, with its extensive years of development, boasts a workforce with several hundred employees having dedicated 5, 10, 15, or even 20 years to the company. This number is immensely proud, as it reflects the love and commitment Nashers have for the company, considering it as their second home where they spend over 8 hours every day. Recognizing and honoring their contributions is essential within the team, inspiring younger generations of talent.”
