On June 16th, 2023, more than 30 Nashers who served as middle managers nationwide were awarded the FCM – Foundational Capability of Management certificates during the concluding ceremony of a 6-month-long learning and knowledge-sharing program. The ceremony took place in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and marked the triumphant culmination of the program. This achievement is a source of pride for the company’s leadership and the entire NashTech team.

The “Foundational Capability of Management” program, designed exclusively for NashTech’s middle management, aims to equip participants with the right knowledge, skills, and mindset. The program’s content places a strong emphasis on balancing Heart and Mind, recognizing that as a manager, one not only creates value for the company but also carries the mission of assisting others in creating value.
