On 5 November in Da Nang, Mr. Nguyen Thuan Thanh, NashTech APAC HR Director, participated in the Switzerland – Vietnam Economic Forum (SVEF) 2025. The forum gathered more than 300 high-ranking delegates from both within and outside the country.

Mr. Nguyen Thuan Thanh shared valuable perspectives and practical experiences through his talk “Empowering People with AI: Bridging Skills, Industry, and Education to Stay Relevant”, in the context of AI and digital transformation reshaping the way people work.

AI and Digital transformation are reshaping the way we work every day

At NashTech, we believe that people and technology are inseparable forces driving meaningful change. Our mission is to accelerate digital transformation for clients while empowering our people to grow, innovate, and create sustainable value.

How NashTech stays relevant

We have integrated AI across the entire software development lifecycle – from business analysis to coding, testing, and project management. Many of our client projects are now leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor. The outcomes are clear: productivity gains of 15–30%, improved quality, and higher team satisfaction.

We’ve also launched a company-wide AI training program:

  • 50% of developers
  • 80% of testers
  • 90% of business analysts

have already completed AI foundation training, with a goal of reaching 100% by the end of this fiscal year.

This is not just about technology – it’s about mindset: learning to work with AI, not against it.

Connecting with education and building long-term value

Preparing the workforce of the future requires close collaboration between industry and education.

At NashTech, we are partnering with universities to co-design curricula and real-world capstone projects, as well as apprenticeship programs such as Rookie to Engineer, ensuring graduates are job-ready and aligned with industry needs.

We also promote micro-learning, micro-credentials, and recognition of prior learning (RPL) to help professionals continuously upgrade their skills.

Our vision is to build a sustainable talent ecosystem where business, education, and individuals grow together – future-ready, adaptable, and resilient.

AI doesn’t replace human. It elevates them!

When technology is strong and people are empowered, productivity, quality, and creativity multiply.

At NashTech, people remain at the heart of our digital transformation journey – creating value not only for businesses, but also for communities and the future workforce.

AI brings challenges, but it’s also an opportunity for us to redefine the true value of human potential in the digital era.
