As a System Analyst, Chi has contributed to the development and maintenance business relation with NSK – the longest partner of NashTech Japan. She plays a crucial role in analysing and gathering requirements from clients and worked as a bridge between customer and offshore team in Vietnam. By leveraging her deep knowledge of technology and excellent communication skill in trilingual language (Japanese, English and Vietnamese), she has proposed reasonable solutions, supported system design, system deployment and testing phases, which ensure the system is built and deployed in a secure and stable manner. In addition, she makes contribution in maintaining and upgrading the system, which involves monitoring performance and addressing issues. Her diligent work spirit helps increase revenue from NSK that benefits Japan’s business well.
