Sebastian joined NashTech at the beginning of 2023 to drive our expansion into Germany and is our inaugural sales hire in that territory. While new to the Company, Sebastian’s tenacity, enthusiasm and passion for his field have seen him make an impact on all colleagues with whom he interacts. This is also being borne out in the growing sales pipeline, which has been achieved through collaboration with our wider group colleagues as well as individual success. His project for the year ahead is to grow his team in country and magnify this initial success exponentially. Sebastian is a regular visitor to the UK and other NashTech locations as part of his role and to maximise opportunities for collaboration and is always a welcome and vocal contributor to team meetings and workshops, providing insight and ideas to a variety of audiences.
