Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description

• Responsible for collecting information from candidates who confirm to join us and make sure that information is transferred and shared to related people for further actions;
• Support line manager and team members to arrange meetings, facilitate equipment to make sure all will be organized in the good plan;
• Update and enrich recruitment database;
• Communicate promptly to give application’s result to candidates;
• Prepare facilities and documents for orientation training to make sure all newcomers join us will be welcomed nicely and professionally;
• Support line manager to deliver newcomers to their working station;
• Support line manager to fulfill some finance related tasks;
• Support team in organizing events;
• Support in recruitment reports and other recruitment documents;
• Job posting to some career websites and forums;
• Involve in recruitment process for associate positions with supervision from line manager;

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate at University/College with good English
• Effective writing skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Have internship experience in recruitment or administration field with understanding of recruitment process
• Have experience on supporting events (Job Fair, Seminar, Contest...)
• High sense of responsibility
• Good time management skill
• Pro-active and good teamwork
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
