Senior Training & Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver internal training programs (planning, scheduling, coordination)
• Review and approve training materials, ensure compliance with statutory training
• Conduct classes, assessments, surveys; track attendance and learning results
• Maintain training data, reports, and records on Training Portal/ database
• Advise managers and employees on training programs, continuously improve T&D processes
• Analyze learning outcomes and surveys to propose improvement solutions and increase learners' commitment
• Mentor and support junior team members

Qualifications

• A B.S/ B.A in related field (HR/ Training/ Education/ Business Administration)
• 3+ years in the same position
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and system such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology
• Ability to read & write, listen and speak English with moderate to high proficiency
• Good skills of: Learning Strategies, Time Management, Effective Communication, Management of personnel resources
• Nice to have: Experience in leading a team
